Walk the Talk for Epilepsy

Epilepsy Florida will hold its annual Walk the Talk for Epilepsy in Gainesville on Saturday, April 18, 2020 – the largest community event in the area that raises awareness and funds for individuals living with epilepsy. The walk will be held at Veterans Memorial Park (7400 SW 41st Pl.), with registration opening at 8 a.m. and the walk following at 9 a.m.

The Gainesville Walk the Talk for Epilepsy will feature family-friendly entertainment, including a kid's corner with giant-sized games, balloon artists & face painting, a superhero-themed photo booth, coffee and refreshments, and raffles.

Registration for the Gainesville Walk the Talk for Epilepsy begins at $10 for children (ages 12 and younger) and $25 for adults. All funds raised will be invested in the organization’s local area programs, which span case management, emergency medications, medical services, diagnostic testing, youth camp, family weekends, support groups, and more.
