“Blue Bell Bonanza” at MOSI’s Festival of Chocolate

The Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) is hosting The Festival of Chocolate, January 19, 20 and 21. It is the ultimate, all-chocolate shopping, interactive and educational event, and Blue Bell Ice Cream is participating as part of a special "Blue Bell Bonanza" educational program. It’s all included with MOSI admission.

On Sunday, January 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Blue Bell Bonanza will take place in the Kids In Charge area of the museum. Children will have a chance to learn how ice cream gets from the cow to the cone, find out about Blue Bell Ice Cream's 100+ years in business, and see the MOSI Science Educators demonstrate the science of how ice cream is made. Their knowledge will be tested in a trivia game, and kids will have lots of chances to win gift certificates for free half-gallons of Blue Bell Ice Cream. Of course, there will be complimentary Blue Bell for everyone, including popular chocolate flavors including Dutch Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Mud Pie, Triple Chocolate, and Happy Tracks (free with MOSI admission, while supplies last).

Florida’s largest all-chocolate themed event, The Festival of Chocolate will feature samples, demonstrations, competitions and classes for all things chocolate. Vendors will be selling their delectable treats; costs from $1 to $5.

Admission to MOSI is $21.95 for adults ages 13-59, $19.95 for seniors 60+, and $17.95 for children 2-12.
