Don’t miss this encore presentation of Wine 101. This course will give an overview of wines and how to enjoy them. You’ll learn how they’re made and where the best ones originate. We’ll examine whites and reds in a guided tasting developed to enhance your understanding and pleasure in a simple glass of wine. You’ll learn to identify wines by their aroma and color. We’ll discuss the can’t-go-wrong technique of pairing wines and food and how you can apply this very useful tool every time you open a bottle of wine.
