Canning: Hot Chile Salsa and Onion Relish

Enjoy the taste of homemade salsa and onion relish canned in your own kitchen. This class will teach the basics of water bath canning onion relish and a hot chili salsa. For your safety, we ask that you wear closed-toe shoes and pull back any long hair. This is a "hands-on" class, so feel free to bring an apron to protect your clothing. Space is limited and registration is required through ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com You may pay by check or exact change at the door, after registration.
